Production analysis of MgO refractory brick
(1) The acetic acid droplets are uniformly sprinkled into the magnesium oxide powder to form porous particles of magnesium oxide, and the acetate is decomposed upon heating to form sintered porous particles composed of magnesium oxide.
(2) The amount of MgO refractory brick ingredients to be added depends on the size of the particle size. The addition of water is generally added to the amount of 5%.
(3) The mud in the MgO refractory brick is mixed in a pressureless mixer and then formed under pressure. The normal temperature compressive strength of the brick after drying at 105 ° C is about 2.6 MPa. The acetate is decomposed at 300 ° C, and the resulting acetone and carbon dioxide are removed. (4) In the production of MgO refractory bricks, in order to prevent hydration of magnesium oxide, the raw materials are subjected to two calcination treatments. The physical properties of the magnesium oxide lightweight brick thus produced can be further improved.
