Advantages of High Aluminum Poly Light Bricks

High-alumina poly-light bricks, also known as high-alumina poly-light ball bricks, are made of special-grade high-aluminum materials, supplemented by appropriate admixtures and produced by poly-light burning. The product has the advantages of high strength, good thermal stability, small change of heavy burnt fiber and small thermal conductivity. Application of high-alumina poly-light brick: It is widely used in kiln lining (not solution corrosion) and insulation layer in metallurgy, machinery, ceramics, chemical industry, etc. It is an ideal energy-saving product. The use temperature is below 1350 °C. High-alumina poly-light insulation bricks are usually made of high-alumina bauxite clinker with a small amount of clay. After grinding, it is cast in the form of mud by gas or foam method and fired at 1300-1500 °C. Industrial alumina can sometimes be used instead of some alumina clinker. It is used for the lining and insulation of masonry furnaces, as well as the areas where there is no strong high temperature molten material erosion and erosion.
 
Compared with traditional lightweight refractory bricks, high-alumina lightweight bricks have the following advantages:
(1) low thermal conductivity, especially at high temperatures, relatively low thermal conductivity and good thermal insulation performance.
(2) The thermal shock resistance is good, and the brick does not deform or peel off in the temperature range of use. 
(3) Depending on the application, reasonable mechanical strength is selected to optimize the performance of lightweight bricks. 
(4) Higher load softening temperature and smaller rate of reburning, compared with similar materials, lightweight refractory bricks, higher temperature, longer life and safer.
 
High-alumina poly-light bricks have reached the technical indicators of similar products in the world, and are the new materials that must be selected in industrial furnaces.
