1. Before the masonry, the bricks should be selected according to the technical indicators. The defective bricks such as missing edges, corners and cracks should be built on the non-working surface. The processing surface of the brick should not be placed on the working surface. When building bricks, the joints should be even, the mortar in the brick joints should be full, no gaps are allowed, and the upper and lower brick layers are not allowed to have joints.
2. The expansion joint should be even and straight, keep the inside of the joint clean, and fill the material according to the regulations. The mixing of the castables should be strictly in accordance with the ratio of water, each stirring should not be too much, used up within 30min, castables with initial condensation is strictly prohibited to continue to use.

The furnace cover bricks are generally carried out on the water platform frame in the factory building where the lower baking furnace is located. Starting from the angle bricks at the four corners of each circle, and then using the corner bricks as the benchmark, the four-sided colleagues will be built layer by layer. The finished furnace cover should be transported by special hangers. When lifting, the furnace cover should be stable and the masonry should not be impacted. vibration.
